Council Standard/Judicial Board
The Black Greek, Interfraternity, Panhellenic and United Greek Councils consider accountability one of their primary values. Each council coordinates its own standards or judicial board consisting of representatives from their respective chapters. These boards hear and adjudicate cases pertaining to their governing policies. Most cases are adjudicated with sanctions held at the council level. Should a council’s board see a need to elevate the case due to the nature of the incident, it may be sent to either the Board of Fraternity Affairs or Board of Sorority Affairs.
The Subcommittee on Organizational Conduct
The Subcommittee on Organizational Conduct is responsible for adjudicating RSO, including Fraternities and Sororities, cases in which the allegations if substantiated, could result in revocation of RSO status.
